They wanted to apply predictive analytics to their digital platform customers use to re-order products. This platform is also used to market products to its customers.
We decided to use IBM Predictive Customer Intelligence to develop an application that would predict and optimize which products would be most attractive to which customers. The platform would then serve up ads and offers to those customers, increasing incremental sales and overall profits.
